Hiring Our Heroes, an initiative of the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation, assists veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses in finding employment opportunities. In addition, they assist employers who are looking to hire veterans.
Hosting events across the country, Hiring Our Heroes offers veterans and service members workshops that include interviewing skills, resume writing, and more, plus brings together a wide range of companies looking for the knowledge and experience that veterans possess. Hiring Our Heroes also conducts transition summits on bases around the world for military members and spouses who are 90-120 days from re-entering civilian life.
The program also includes online services for resume building and virtual hiring fairs for veterans and military members, and a specific platform focusing on military spouses.
